RETURNS WITHIN THE EU

You have the right to return your items within fourteen days. In this case, please contact us by email with the following information

• your order number
• first and last name
• the item(s) you wish to return
• the reason for the return

Customized items can't be returned.

Please note that all items must be returned in the same condition in which it arrived and within the original packaging with a tracking number to avoid any lost parcel.

We do NOT provide return labels as of now.

Once your return is received and everything is correct your refund will then be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. You will receive an email as soon as the refund has been processed. The refunded amount may take up to 3-5 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank. The price of the item is refunded, but not the shipping cost.
